Stariver adopts the system that general manager is in charge under the leadership of directors. Most members of management are elites of domestic PCB industry in business management and research and development domeins. At present Stariver has Enginneering, Quality Assurance, Marketing and Administration departments. It has more than 500 employees up till now, of which the number of professional mechanicians is more than 70, and more than 70% of them are graduates either from universities or technical schools, majoring mainly in electronics, chemical, mechinery, optics, industrial automation, marketing and corporation management.
